A rank of 2 lakh in NEET would typically be considered a moderate rank. It is important to note that the acceptability of this rank depends on several factors such as the number of candidates appearing, the difficulty level of the exam and the availability of seats. However, about the previous year’s trends, it can be said that getting a government college with either MBBS or BDS course at this rank is impossible.
College predictor of NEET uses historical data, cutoff trends and other factors to estimate the chances of admission to different medical colleges based on a student’s NEET score. While medical college predictor provides a rough idea of the possibilities, it’s important to note that the tool cannot guarantee the accuracy of the result.

Hello Student,
A one-year NEET self-study plan should cover the complete syllabus, NCERT-based learning, regular revision, previous-year questions and mock tests. Students should maintain a consistent timetable, analyse mistakes and give additional time to weaker topics.

With 310 marks in NEET 2026 and AIR 5,55,965, admission to BDS in Telangana cannot be guaranteed based on marks alone. Your chances will depend on your SC category rank, Telangana eligibility/local status, number of seats, counselling round and previous-year closing ranks.
You should participate in all available counselling rounds and fill as many eligible BDS colleges as possible. Private BDS colleges under the state quota may be more realistic than government seats, but the final allotment will depend on the actual cutoff.
Hello Student, I can help you estimate your Round 2 chances with a General rank of 12,640, but I need to know which entrance exam/counselling, paramedical course and state you are applying through. Government paramedical colleges can have very different closing ranks depending on the course and category. Share these details with me and I can help you identify realistic government-college options.
With 432 marks in NEET 2026 under the Open/General category, getting an MBBS seat in Assam through the state quota may be difficult, depending on the final cutoff and your state merit position.
However, you should definitely participate in counselling because BDS and other available options may be possible depending on the category-wise closing ranks and subsequent rounds. You can also consider private/deemed options if your budget permits.
The final possibility should be judged using your NEET AIR, Assam state rank, domicile status and the latest counselling cutoffs, rather than marks alone.
